Constructing twin villas in estate number 3045 at Dohet el Hos region; the area of each villa is about 1400 m2 divided into three floors:

I. Basement (330 m2) includes:

  • A salon over looking the garden - 100 m2
  • Jacuzzi and Sauna rooms - 30 m2
  • Water reservoir - 40 m2
  • Supporting services: servant rooms, stores, bathrooms, and ladders.

In addition there is a sitting area, overlooking the garden that can be reached from the basement. A water fountain surrounds this sitting area that overlooks nature.

II. Ground Floor (975 m2) includes:

  • Salon and dining room - 130 m2
  • Main kitchen - 40 m2
  • Visitors sleeping room - 30 m2
  • Parking - 40 m2
  • Spacious balconies
  • Supporting services: stores, bathrooms, and ladders

III. First Floor (850 m2) includes:

  • Main sleeping room (50 m2) with a spacious balcony in the form of a garden to emphasize complete privacy.
  • Three sleeping rooms each of around 134 m2 in area with a private bathroom inside each one.
  • Living room of 55 m2 area that overlooks part of the salon in the ground floor through an inside emptiness of about 45 m2 area.
  • Spacious balconies overlooking the garden

IV. Surface
As for the surface, there is found on it two tile pyramids each about 125 m2 in area.
Moreover, in this project, each villa has its own garden and each garden has a private swimming pool. The gardens are equipped with the best quality of trees and grass each of about 180 m2.
