The project is 15400sq.m of offices and storage basements, spread on 3 Blocks: (A), (B) and (C) as follows:

Block (A): (5544sq.m)
It consists of 4075 sq.m storage areas divided on four basements and 1470sq.m offices on five floors. This block is provided with a 5ton elevator for the basements floors and 5 passenger’s elevator for the offices.

Block (B): (4409sq.m)
It consists of 2770sq.m storage areas divided on three basements and 1639sq.m offices on five floors. This block is provided with a 5ton elevator for the basements floors and a 5 passenger’s elevator for the offices.

Block (C): (ALWIFAQ CENTER) (5400 sq.m.)
It consists of 3825 sq.m. storage areas divided on four basements and a 1639 sq.m. offices on five floors. This block is provided with a 5 ton elevator for the basements’ floors and a 5 passenger’s elevator for the offices.
