Previous consultant group has executed this project (Actual Associate of DWS).

The project is composed of a ten storey building and a three story commercial activities with a total area of 11550 sq.m. As follows:

1. Ten story building with a total area of 4050 sq.m. consists of:
   • Basement floor, with an area of 1550 sq.m. storage area.
   • Ground floor, 900 sq.m. entrance for the building with 19 shops and stores and its services.
   • First Floor, 400 sq.m. offices.
   • 9 typical floors, 600 sq.m. each composed of 2 studios and 4 apartments (3 bed rooms, kitchen,  salon, dinning room, 3 bath rooms)
   • Tenth floor, 600 sq.m. composed of 4 apartments (master bed room, 2 bed rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room and terraces).
2. Three story commercial activities (shops and stores) with an area of 7500 sq.m.
