Previous consultant staff has executed this project (Actual associate of DWS).
The project is a commercial and residential project with an area of 7500 sq.m. it consists of the following:
- 4500 sq.m. storage area spread equally on the 3rd and 2nd basement.
- 850 sq.m. show rooms and sales activities and services connected with an imperial stair to ground floor.
- 350 sq.m. show room in the ground floor.
- 407 sq.m financial department at the first floor.
- 407 sq.m main offices in the second floor.
- 442 sq.m. luxuriant apartment for one of the owners in the third floor.
- 200 sq.m. panoramic offices in the fourth floor.
The project includes 2 (3 tons) elevators for the basement floors and 3 (5 passengers) elevators.
