The project is a luxurious villa spread with area of 983 sq.m. it includes:

• The second basement consists of: gymnasium and multiple purpose halls.
• The first basement consists of: parking and maintenance area.
• The ground floor consists of: main entrance lobby, 3 saloons, dining room, family room, guest bedroom, kitchen, that includes storage and housekeepers’ rooms, many terraces and gardens, with green areas are in the ground floor.
• The first floor consists of: a lobby, study room, family room, master bedroom and its private dressing room, 4 secondary master bedrooms each having its own dressing room, and very wide and large terraces all around the villa.
