- The First Floor of 1465 m2 area: consists of upper entrance, lower entrance, Bathrooms, Handicapped grandstands, ticketing office, salons, and cafeteria.
- The Second Floor of 1475 m2 area: consists of public grandstands, Handicapped grand stands, ticketing offices, Salons, cafeteria.
- Athletic Club consists of:
- Ground Floor of 1800 m2 area: consists of Library, void area, mental games, gymnasium in addition to services, entertainment, Auditorium, administrations, cafeteria, public services and hall.
