The Works includes the Rehabilitation & Equipping of Ain Al Teenah Residence as follows:

• Demolition of Tiles in all Bath Rooms, Toilets, Kitchens and some Halls, False Ceiling, rusted Galvanized steel pipes and fittings, ducts, interior lighting, panel boars, sanitary fixtures, ventilation fans, wood doors, ….
• Equipping for kitchens by a public equipping for kitchens, bed rooms, offices,… by a public equipment to suit the aim.
• Installations of Dehumidifier for swimming pool, Ac’s, air curtain, fire alarm, firefighting system with required pumps, chillers, boilers with required accessories
• Internal and External Painting, tiling, wood works, aluminum works, parquet, telecommunication system, telephones, radiators
• Installation of electrical fixtures, UPS, Generators,…
• Installation of ventilation fans for main parking with lighting fixtures
