The aim of Datum Wide Spectral – DWS - s.a.r.l is to deliver outstanding services in all of the company's activities, especially engineering and consultancy services in Lebanon, throughout the Middle East, and worldwide.
We aim to clearly understand the requirements of our clients, provide them with high quality services in a quick, accurate and efficient manner.
We aim to use the highest professional standards, plan, implement, stay within budget constraints and deliver on time, through monitoring and efficient follow-up by our directors and technical staff.
The quality of our services is facilitated by a quality system, consistent with the ISO- 9001:2015 standard, which results amongst other things, in personnel having the required experience, and appropriate administrative procedures.
The quality of our products and services and satisfying our client is of the utmost important to the continuity of our business. Consequently we expect all our employees to contribute to maintain, and if possible to improve our quality level.
The Company complies with the health and safety recommendation of WHO and Lebanese Ministries.
Our policy is to ensure a high-quality network covering all aspects of our services, to supply the need to work remotely while creating a safe and effective foundation for remote digital access, and develop remote working skills, our aim is to maintain high-quality level to sustain the needs and expectations of customers.
We continually identify and implement possible ways for updating of our resources, personnel, and systems. Thus, management is committed by the signing of this policy to provide whatever is necessary to meet its goals.
